Wow, it was shocking to hear their over all detest for patients with disabilities. I'm between surgeries post industrial accident, not my fault my employer was buying second had equipment, it failed I sustained multipule injuries subjected to a number of surgeries. Super impressed with Dr. Craft and his team. I am always greeted immediately when I arrive and taken promptly in. I appreciate that they treat my time as valuable as their own. Recently, I had my first root canal. Dr. Craft explained my options clearly before proceeding. He is very gentle and made sure the procedure was painless. I give Dr. Craft my highest rating! His office is comfortable, his staff are well trained, and he uses the latest technology while you relax and watch t.v.
This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Craft is extremely professional while also having a wonderful chair side manner. He explains everything that he is doing and why. His confidence in his staff is very apparent from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants. I have yet to meet a more personable/ knowledgeable staff in any dentist office to date! I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone including people that are dentist phobic (Like me) or normally uncomfortable scheduling appointment... read more
I like Dr Craft very much, his manner is professional but friendly, he is very competent and his work is excellent. His staff is always courteous and I always feel comfortable and well treated during my visits. In fact, the only negative is that he is somewhat pricey and not covered by any insurance I have tried to use.
Dr. Craft is an artist. When it comes to crowns that's what you want. He will make sure your crown is absolutely perfect. He is very personable, and everyone in our family relies on him for our dental work.
He is very professional, informative and precise! The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The office is extremely clean and comfortable. He is the only dentist I would trust with my families teeth!
I have been a patient of Dr. Crafts for over 10 years. He is an incredibly competent and compassionate doctor; follows up with a phone call after any procedure to see how you are doing. I have had to have him come into his office over a weekend to assist with a crown, due to my travel schedule and he was more than happy to do it. Dr. Craft is the nicest dentist I have ever had...and extremely good at his craft (like his name says!)....and his staff is first class all the way....I truly enjoy my visit to Dr. Craft's office...no fears.
Dr. Craft is alright. Not bad, not great. He does like to do a lot of work on the teeth which actually may not be necessary. He had a change over in staff, and he was not working well with the new hygenist. Their billing person also quit at the same time, so their billing was wrong for the procedures I had done. They added a $300 charge by error that took me two letters to them to have them understand and correct the error.
