Total waste of time. I set an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get some broken bolts extracted from my engine and explained multiple times that the area the bolts area in is really tight and that the motor will need to be pulled out of the car for the job to be done. I called a couple days before I was supposed to drop my car off and Steve told me that he didn't think he would have to pull the motor and that he couldn't get to it for over a month.
Good Intentioned but a poor communicator.
I just had water pumps put in both of my vehicles (Highlander/CRV) and I couldn't be happier with the job, the price, and the honest service, and the fine folks that work there. I've known Steve for a probably a decade now and he has never let me down. He's the best in my book!
