We had a great experience working with Steve and Janine. Their price was very reasonable and the work was beautiful! It was a big job so I was worried how it would go. Our whole main floor was made wood. Existing wood in entry and kitchen was sanded and refinished. The end result is stunning. He blended the existing wood into the new so it all looks the same. Steve was fine. Floors ended up good. He clearly knows his stuff. A little too well, in that he got lazy on our project. In the end, you'll know that the communication was horrible (mostly handled by Janine) and the end result will be decent but won't wow you. Pricing is likely in line with that. We got three quotes, $2700, $3300, and $3500. S&J was $3300. I would say just don't trust their communication at all.
