The staff at Stettler are convinced they are right at all times. The service manager assured me that he has 6 years of attaboys on his wall. With this kind of attitude it's no wonder that the service technicians don't admit to making mistakes. Well, they did make a mistake at my place.
RecommendedThis wonderful owner just happened to be in when I called for a friend desperate to get a part to fix her well pump...unbeknownst to me they weren't actually open, but he said he would stay there until we got there. They had the part she needed. Thank you so much!
