Stay away from anything to do with Stetson Property Management and Ivanna Boyd. They DO NOT act in your best interest, cannot get in touch with ANYONE to discuss a lease agreement prior to signing. Very disappointed and frustrated with the way Ivanna and the company handled this.
I have made 2 maintenance request for a mold inspection. It was replied with an extremely aggressive/accusatory email saying they didn't believe me and I was trying to get out of my lease. They sent out their "handyman" who wasn't informed of any potential mold. It wasn't until my 3rd attempt for them to take me seriously. There's mold on kitchen appliances, inside the drawers, underneath the sink, and along the walls. Outlet covers are beginning to curl. ****** has made prior requests to break her lease. Pretty standard in our business that when they find out they signed a legal obligation that they have "mold" somewhere in their house. There is mildew in just about every home if you test for it. We are letting them out of their lease as the owner does not want to fight with them anymore.
Do not rent a house that is managed by these crooks. We paid a professional cleaning service when we moved out and had lawn care done by a company. The house and yard were pristine when we left. They charged us $322 for cleaning and $75 for the yard, neither of which needed to be done. They charged for paint when I left a gallon of it on the counter for them. They also kept our entire security deposit and started the conversation by texting us we owed them additional money and to pay it ASAP before they sent us to collection... read more
