I came to Dr Cooper because I left another Dr who left me with a problem that he refused to fix & I needed a 2nd opinion of the work he did & pain I had been experiencing as a result. Dr Cooper was very polite & there to help me get a problem taken care of that my former dentist should have fixed. He is on my side, not judgmental & there to help. I enjoyed visiting this office (as much as one can enjoy going to the dentist). I was able to fill out the new patient paperwork ahead of time and the insurance information was already taken care of so the appointment started right on time. The visit was informational and this was the first time I was educated on how the pictures and X-rays are interpreted. Dr. Cooper actually sat down, talked and encouraged questions.
I am so happy to have found Dr Tim and Stetson Village Family Dentistry. I feel I am in good hands with him. I just had my cleaning and some work done and it was a great experience with him and his entire staff. thank you Dr. Tim. :-)
My husband and I recently moved to North Phoenix and needed to find a dentist along with many other services that goes along with a relocation. We saw some reviews for Stetson Village Family Dentistry and decided to give them a try. We are both in the medical industry do our expectations are a little high. I was met at the front door with 2 friendly smiling faces. Within 2 min. I was taken back for procedure by another friendly staff member. A friendly Dr. soon came in. I had an old filling removed, the cracked tooth fixed, and a new filling put in. During the whole procedure Dr. Cooper talked through everything he was going to do in a very gently reassuring voice. The following day I received a call from Dr. Cooper just to check on how the tooth was doing. Very much appreciated :)
I moved to the area and had some series issues with dental care from my previous dentist. Tim Cooper explained the causes and gave solutions, allowed me to set the time frame and worked with me to prioritize based on my insurance. Today, I have no/none/nada dental issues!!! The first time in over 10 years that I have not had dental issues. Thank you Tim!!!
