Sterns has failed to deliver the pool for over 6 months. No contact. Always says ‘ it’s on the way, it’s leaving tomorrow.’ Sterns has taken full payment but not provided the liner for the pool. Do not buy from Sterns.
I would give this business 0 stars but it won't let me. It is now 20 weeks since I ordered and paid $15,000 for my pool with sterns backyard and still no pool. Worse then that is the no communication and no answer on why the delay. I call every week and every week I am told Joel the owner will call me back. Still no call from Joel and still no idea when it will arrive. This delay has caused my family considerable stress and resulted in other renovations to the house having to be postponed. I purchased a Whitsunday pool, did the installation myself. The instructions were very easy to follow and I had no problems even though I have never done anything like this before.
