Other than a stress test that I absolutely hate (and who doesn't?) this was such a good experience, I can't say enough nice things about it. I was wondering if the four-leaf clover I found a year ago would ever kick in, and it finally did. I was so lucky to get a fast appointment and what felt like the very best care. Starting with the front end ladies at the desk, they really need to work on their customer service because they are supposed to be communicating with patients and etc. The two ladies, one kind of heavy set, and the skinny girl with the short hair cut. But blondes. They seem to just want you to hand over your ID and insurance card, hand you paperwork to sign then brush you off and continue on with their conversations. While in the waiting room waiting for the patient I brought in, the front desk staff was very unprofessional!! I listened to them joke about not helping patients, to turning patients away. They way they laughed as they ridiculed the very people by whom they have a job totally disgusted me. I do not plan on bringing my person back to this office!!

Dr. Dharmesh Patel is the very best cardiologist you could hope for. Combined with Lindsey Garner, Christy Thornhill and the entire staff, I have received the best quality care available anywhere as a patient for the past 4 years. I highly recommend the Southaven clinic to anyone needing a cardiology treatment.
