This rating is for the answering service. I've been trying to get an update on my results. First I called and it was switch board, nice and transfered me. Left a voicemail. Just like I did last week. Called back to see if there was a portal and spoke with another person in a different department, I said my name and why I was calling and asked about the portal, she said she would have to transfer for me, before I even got a chance to respond, transfered again.
