I was told a Harveys bag I had been looking for was available in your store. I emailed customer service Thursday and received a very prompt and courteous response. Janet went out of her way to help me find the item. She shipped it on Thursday and I received it on Monday in Florida. She was so helpful and professional. I am very impressed. WOW...I was the Valentine's Day coat winner...it just arrived and is it BEAUTIFUL. I had decided to get it for a relative, who just had a baby, and whose coat was too small now....SHE WILL FLIP. It has such a nice hand and the lining, so soft. Thanks to Tony who helped with sizing. The packaging was even great! what a classy company....thanks again Ldee
