I went in spur of the moment because of a brand I knew and walked out with the most beautiful dress! I hadn't been in the store before, but I will be back at there NH location! The ladies that were working were honest, friendly, and really fun to be around. The clothing brands are great and I was really happy everything was made in the USA.
I recently posted on the Harvey FB page about my favorite purse ever that had been stolen. I was looking for a new one and having a very hard time finding the exact one to replace it. The Sterling NH store contacted me and had one in stock that they could ship! The woman I spoke to on the phone was amazing and kind, they shipped it quickly (faster than I expected), and the product was beautiful!!! Thank you so much for taking a terrible experience and making it better. You made my week!!!!
I recently bought a coat from the Nashua location and I am so happy with my purchase! Not only does it fit beautifully, my experience in the store was great too. The staff is welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely be returning for another purchase soon!
I recently bought one of the USA "home" sweatshirts from here and it is the softest, coziest item of clothing I own! Excellent quality and amazing customer service. I definitely plan on going back in the future!
My new coat I just bought at Sterlingwear is AWESOME! QUALITY can not be beat! Love that it is made in the USA. Could not decide which one to buy so Santa is bringing me the other one. Woo Hoo!!!
I bought a custom made wool coat from them, and the material of the lining ripped right after purchase. They use substandard material. And now they are giving me a hard time about the rips since they do not do repair work. The company is claiming that the rips are because of "normal wear". Sterlingwear of Boston does not stand behind their products. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau either, so it is difficult to warn people about their products! Had an amazing experience with Michelle at the East Boston store. Was there when I needed her but never pushy. We chatted about Harvey's and I loved seeing all of the different styles in person. Will definitely be back! Yay for made in the USA!!!
