Horrible customer service!! This is NOT a 24 hour facility!! 9 PM - The building lock is jammed. Management will not send anyone out to let anyone in! Bedroom suite will likely be ruined by the rain because of this! Reprehensible. Rates have also increased more than 7% in a year! Don't waste your money!
