Extremely unprofessional and unskilled My experience with Gabriella was a disaster. I requested a standard root touchup and instead received uneven, unblended hair with bright orange roots. It is clear there is a severe lack of training in color matching and application technique. Furthermore, she overcharged me for an additional, unrequested service, which I believe is dishonest business practice. I am not returning for a "fix" because I do not trust her to rectify her mistakes. Save your hair and your money.
