Derek was amazing. He made everything super easy and was extremely thorough.
I decided last minute I wanted to move so I scheduled a bunch of places to view. Sterling Square was the 3rd one I looked at, after meeting Derek and viewing the townhouse I knew I wanted this place! I canceled all other appointments to view other places. Besides the townhouse being remodeled with new appliances I felt comfort knowing Derek would be here if I need anything! Thank you Derek for making my move an easy decision!
This place isn't the best at all me and my best friend lived in Apartment 9 for close to 5 years they NEVER painted once they left the door outside looking half done for 6 months they left a water heater full of water in the basement for a year the craftsmanship in this place is horrible but the rent kept going up yes they took care of the outside but the inside was not the best 0-10 would never recommend they plan to raise the rent 200 every year bringing it to outrageous for the area and the apartments was not worth it pic... read more
My husband and I found this place by chance in a rushed effort to move out of our tiny 1 bedroom apartment with our 2 yr old. Thank goodness we did! We have had a pleasant experience so far at this complex. The grounds are well kept year round and wait til you see the amount of flowers planted around summer time. It’s beautiful! And at Christmas time it’s like walking through a light show.
