Very excited to have great communication with management. I had question that I felt was overwhelming and with smooth transitions Derek help guide me in right direction. The walk through made me feel apart of a warm felt community.
Their townhomes are great, their photos looked just like the units. They were quick to review our application. Very caring staff especially Leigh who I spoke with today.
Fantastic Property! Quick and Efficient Maintenance and Office Staff. They went above and beyond to help my mom with her apartment and they have updated so much getting through Section 8 approvals was a breeze!
I believe my daughter and I were discriminated against when our housing application was rejected. The discrimination seems to be based on my source of income (specifically, my Section 8 voucher), my disability, and the fact that I have two support dogs. We submitted our application in October. Although we were told it was rejected because another applicant had applied for the same unit before us, the unit remains available on the property's website, suggesting potential discrimination in violation of fair housing laws.
Derek was amazing. He made everything super easy and was extremely thorough.
