Back for there 6 months check up! We had a new staff this go around and they made us feel like family! With good laughs and lots of smiles. Big shoutout too Sonia! Selena! Kim! Destin! We were just missing are MVP Marlon! Hopefully we can catch him next time. Thank you Sterling Smiles of Azle:)
One of the best dental appointments I have taken my children too. They got all 4 kids in at the same time and were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved them. Very great experience. Sonia works at the front and is very nice and dr. Shreeja is so helpful and caring with the kids. The dental assistant that cleaned my kids teeth was amazing.
They were so good with my son. He's on the spectrum and struggles to do dental visits. The staff were very patient and adaptable to help him feel comfortable. They let him feel like he was in court trolling and safe while getting his dental checkup done. Im very impressed and pleased. 10/10 would recommend.
I had an insurance issue and Selena at the front desk was super patient and helpful. My son is special needs and super anxious about the dentist. But Kim was SO good with him. Like, phenomenal. Destini was also patient with him, and Dr. Patel was very quick, efficient, and informative. Our entire first time visit took less than an hour. Overall, wonderful experience. My son left saying "I had no idea it would be that fun. Leave a 5 star". We will be returning here from now on.
Took my son who is 14 and they all were very nice . Dr Patel did very well with him it was a great visit considering he hates the dentist! Misty was so nice and did a good job ! Chloe at the front desk was a sweetie too! All in all it was a very nice place to be! This will be our dentist with all our issues if they may arise ! Thank you Sterling Smiles for everything today! Yall are great ! Keep up the great work !
