Dr Hightower has been a part of my family for 5 since 2016 and there was no case too big and no problem too small that she cannot handle. I love the energy she bring with her to work! She is very particular and takes her time . She will never make you feel rushed or leave any of your questions unanswered
Dr. Hightower has been my child's doctor since he was 2 months old; He's 17 now! She is very nice, caring, and thorough!
MISS. ATTUTIDE HEADQUATERS: the customer service at this place is BEYOND ridiculous. there is a young girl at the front desk who doesn't have patience, respect, nor knowledge that we are all HUMAN. THE SYSTEM THEY HAVE ON RECIEVING IMMUNIZTION RECORDS SUCKS!!!! Lea, the nurse director does not call you to let you know that the records are ready for pick, like she should!!!!!!you have to guess... and PLEASE don't show up to pick it up without receive the call, that never happens, you get an ATTIUTUDE from the front desk girl.... read more
