Sterling Services showed up on time, was fast and efficient. I used them in the past and would in the future.
Service man came on time diagnosed problem, fixed problem was very polite and professional, as always with Stirling. Sorry I forget his name very nice young black man. today, Stirling came out to repair some ducts that were damaged when our dog went under the house. As always, they are reasonably priced, on time, polite, professional and the work is complete. We highly recommend Stirling. todays young man was Tristan.
They came out the next day after I called them. The tech (Tristan) did a thorough check of the A/C unit. The tech was very professional. He found a bad part and told me this could cause my issue. He replaced the part and finished inspection of the unit. He started the unit up and monitored it for about 30 minutes. The A/C is doing A/C things now. Thank you Sterling Service!!!!
