Sterling Serviceof Florida has been my go to HVAC repair for 3 years now. His guys are professional, on time and great at what they do.
Tristan came in right on time as it was scheduled with the company. He was pleasant, courteous, and polite. He did a thorough job on checking my AC unit and computer. He explained in detail what was wrong with it and what options I had. Everything was completed within the hour. It is great to have cold air back especially in Florida. I received all information via email and made a payment right on the spot. It was an easy processes and great service. Thank you.
We were set up with Sterling through our home warranty, and I'm so glad we were!! Tirell came out same day to look at our system. We wound up needing a while new a/c, inside and out! Sterling made it so seamless dealing with the warranty company. Tirell and Miguel came back and installed everything. They were very nice and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am so happy with the quality of work! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!
