Typically 2 hour service windows end up wasting 2 hours of time… NOT with Sterling! Our Technician Tristan was here super early and went above and beyond in the service he provided! Knowledgeable and very kind, Tristan was a joy to work with. Not only was his inspection thorough but he also took and showed us pictures to help us understand what he was doing and how to maintain a healthy system. We will be using Sterling for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on!
Tristan came the morning I called and called me immediately after assessing our air conditioner. He was very friendly also.
