Our AC unit was not cooling effectively so we called Sterling. They scheduled a window of time for us to be home the next morning. The technician, Tristan, arrived 15 minutes early which was nice because I had to leave work to meet him. Tristan was fast in diagnosing the problem and efficient in fixing it. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company if your AC unit is having problems.
