I had a troubling experience with Calibre Woods Apartments owned by Sterling Realty Management that I feel compelled to share. After receiving a notification from PDQ Collection Agency claiming I owed $850 in damages for alleged carpet damage due to my pet, I disputed the charge and requested documentation from both PDQ and Calibre Woods. Sterling is a company who does not like their residents and staff. They look at people as disposable and inhuman. They are the furthest thing from a family atmosphere that you will ever meet. They overwork their employees, don't allow you more than 3 months to learn everything that they require, and will fight your unemployment requests when they fire you for no reason. This is the WORST company!!! Kristy W. is unprofessional, does not care about residents (yes, those people who's rent provides her a paycheck), has no intention of addressing any concerns, is rude, interrupts...I have no idea how she has a job. Unless, she is an example of the kind of people that Sterling Property Management hires. I live at a property that has a strict no smoking policy for all residents, including no smoking on balaconies or outside.
