great Dependable people with pretty good prices
This company owns ICON apartments, ICON Apartments refuses to properly fix my a/c unit.. I have a 10 month son with 80 + degree temps inside! Had to move to a different unit I paid the moving fees transfer fees and other fees no problem for the A/c to go out again… I have to get the news here, because if they are treating residents like this I’m pretty sure they are hiding something else.. someone will probably die before anyone knows and it won’t be my baby! I had a troubling experience with Calibre Woods Apartments owned by Sterling Realty Management that I feel compelled to share. After receiving a notification from PDQ Collection Agency claiming I owed $850 in damages for alleged carpet damage due to my pet, I disputed the charge and requested documentation from both PDQ and Calibre Woods.
