Living in a new community is nice but a lot of things you learn once you move in. You live in a house that is 100% monitor by how much water and electric that you and your family use. You have a 3 Tier level watering system and the amount you use is the Tier it will cost. The gallons you use outside versus inside are different. You don’t get to pick your front yard out (landscaping) You have to finish 100% of your backyard but has to go through a approved process.
