Great team, exceptional quality and attention to detail. Overall great experience.
We moved in a few weeks ago. I am very happy with our home from Pulte. We have an incredible sunrise view on our balcony when drinking coffee in the morning. There were some things found during inspection but Pulte made them right before closing. They communicated with us during the home buying process and were fair to accommodate us on timing. I would feel confident using this builder again or recommending to others. We felt like their homes were much higher quality than Richmond and customer service much better.
I’m a broker and have had clients move into Sterling ranch with Pulte and was impressed enough to come back and buy here for my personal residence. I’ve worked with multiple team members with my clients and myself and all have been top notch. I’d like to highlight that Amy in sales and Luke on the construction team made the experience so positive.
