NOT RECOMMENDED - Dianne was unnecessarily and extremely rude and passive-aggressive when I came up with a genuine concern about an apartment. I was scheduled for a tour and she unilaterally cancelled it because I asked her relevant questions involving the structure of the apartment. Don't waste your time. I had seen poor reviews about her on Zillow but thought of giving her a chance but it turns out they were right. Look elsewhere.
Renting property managed by this company in beacon hill. Unit and basement infested with cockroaches. Neighbors report cockroaches too well as mice.
Dianne was incredibly rude and condescending for no reason; all we did was simply reach out about a listing and she only had rude responses. Not helpful at all, especially considering we are coming from outside of Boston and do not know the market well. would not recommend going to them for your renting needs
