I've had Sterling open and close my pool for 10 years now and had them install a safety cover for me 3 years ago and they are pros. I never leave reviews but seeing an unfair review on a great business like Mr Mark Schindels i had to say something. We had the same chalk line marks on our pool deck after the install, which washed off as it looks in your picture. The anchors also look to be in the right spot too. You're walking away from the best pool company around!
Sterling Pools and specifically Corey and Shane should learn that customer communication, expectation setting and service delivery are critical elements of customer service. They failed spectacularly in these areas when I purchased a pool closing and a safety cover from them last fall. The delivery dates, were poorly communicated and when they arrived for the close, they had no cover. 3 weeks later when they showed up, they had a cover but not the equipment or product promised to complete the job correctly. Always a great experience.
Very impressed with how the owner’s of this company handled an issue with our pool opening. Sterling closed our pool last year and when a different company came to open it today, a damaged pipe was found. The cause of the cracked pipe is not known but after speaking with one of the Owners, he had someone here almost immediately to do a pressure test (which showed no leaks) and then a different employee here before the end of day to fix the pipe and turn our system on. Completely useless Ordered a new valve for our water fall feature due to a leak. The valve was changed and leak was fixed but the tech decided to take the control knob from our old valve and the new one and throw them away and blame me for losing it when he never put one on. And they refuse to order another one. Great customer service. I am informing everyone i know to stay away from them they are a nightmare.
