Completely useless Ordered a new valve for our water fall feature due to a leak. The valve was changed and leak was fixed but the tech decided to take the control knob from our old valve and the new one and throw them away and blame me for losing it when he never put one on. And they refuse to order another one. Great customer service. I am informing everyone i know to stay away from them they are a nightmare. Pool Leak Following Opening The day after my pool was opened by your team in May 2025, I noticed a significant drop in the water level—approximately three inches—and a visible puddle in the adjacent garden, indicating a leak.
