I'm new resident at sterling Pointe Apartments almost 2 month ago, it so quite and safe place. The maintenance is quick and very amazing, z mgt and staff are very kind and welcoming. I'm happy being here ☺️.
The new Assistant Manager, Francine has a been very helpful. She has answered all the questions I had regarding my account. She also helped me understand my lease agreement much better. If you need anything, speak to Francine! She is very dedicated and knows what she is talking about! I love living at Sterling Pointe! Love that it is near my gym, I also love using the pool.
Maintenance tech who came out on Monday was very knowledgeable and resolved the issues quickly.
It's helpful and perfect especially the manager Shillie she's so kindness, professional ,and the agent her name miccah... I am so grateful for your efforts
Nothing fixed, Nothing done, no follow up. Even more stuff Needs to be fixed. I should have listened to my daughter. She warned me not to rent here.
