I am a tenant at a non-smoking property, yet for weeks, I have been subjected to persistent secondhand smoke infiltrating my unit. Repeated complaints and reports, to management has been ineffective. They continually instruct me to contact them each time the smoke occurs, but when they do visit, they claim to find no evidence of anyone smoking. These apartments are not worth the money they are charging. There are rats all over the place I've seen several and the bigger kids have the playground destroyed because they have nowhere else to play. Instead of having three pools which is very costly they should consider having a basketball court or maybe an additional playground or something for older kids.
