I would rate my time here at 5 stars But Facebook wont allow star rating anymore? I lived here for 2 years after living at Aspen Village Place for a year. I can definitely say this place is MUCH nicer and more professional than that place. their amenities are nicer, their appliances actually work instead of just look nice. I just moved out of my apartment after three years of living here and my experience couldn’t of been any better! It was the perfect home and location while attending college. Janeen the manager was awesome and always super nice. Taylor was always accommodating and easy to work with. Steven and Myron the maintenance guys, were extremely helpful and fixed our problems within a short amount of time. Colleen was really nice and kept the facility clean and taken care of! I lived here for two years, it was the first place that I lived in flagstaff as a student that really felt like home. Jeanine the property manager was always helpful and very kind to all the residents! She always recognized me, and really made an effort to make you feel respected and at home. Steven from maintenance was also fantastic, my first week moving in he helped me carry some heavy boxes from the office all the way to my apartment, and whenever there was a problem in my unit maintenance was quick to assist!
I love it here, the people are very kind. It is quiet and the college students are very respectful and considerate of others. I will be staying here for quite some time, very happy with my move here. Love Flagstaff, AZ!!!
My daughter was refused an option to give notice (after her Lear was up) because she was told her other roommates didn't qualify without her. The roommates were smoking and seeking weed at all hours. My daughter has asthma and the apartment would just be filled with smoke. The shared space was a disaster and we have pictures of their bongs and drug paraphernalia in the kitchen and living room.
