Lived there for several months while attending WSU Davis (VERY SHORT commute for any other students). The staff are kind, the room was extremely clean on move in, maintenance requests were handled immediately, and they were fair and gave me back my full deposit on move out. I think the only bad thing I could say is there are semi-frequent jet sounds from the Air Force space, but that is only during the day, not at night. Otherwise I never heard a peep from my neighbors and it was quiet and clean.
When I moved in the panels in my kitchen were not replaced. It was gross when they said they already had someone clean them. They were replaced within two weeks of my moving in. I did have another issue for maintenanceand they were out the next day fixing it. Maintenance is quick and professional. I love the natural light facing south. Plus on the end of the building I have an extra window. It is fabulous. Three stars because of the weed smell.
