DON'T MOVE HERE!!! We have lived here for two years and it's been a disaster. First problem is the office has no records of our $1000 deposit. Second there's mice all over, especially on the third floor. Third we have not had a balcony for a year, they have been continuously building them forever, now they want 1500 to 1700 for a two bedroom lol MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I hate it here. Rodent problem that they will not do anything about. They never return calls, if by the off chance maintenance does come to your apt to do anything (by request or not), they don't leave notes to let you know they were there. They rent is ridiculously high for how shoddy the apartments are and for how awful management and maintenance are. DO NOT RENT HERE!! dog poop everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere. Worst place i have lived. I am trying to get out of my lease, but it looks like i am stuck. :((

Management is the worse! I hate living here. They alway say "Oh, we will fix that before you move in." and they never deliver on a promise. They just try and get you into a one year contact, then never fix anything. Management never answers the phone, you have to go in in person to get anything done. I would recommend you avoid this location at all costs! (also, lots of barking dogs, poop everywhere, and Management will fine you every chance they get).
