DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They have horrible customer service and the only good thing about them is that they had a place we could rent. We did not know how bad they were until we signed the paperwork. It took them over 1 year to get us the pool key so we were never able to use the pool. When we moved in there was overgrowth on the back porch with a small tree and shrubs. We informed them and they said they would take care of it. This company will lie straight to your face and then act like cowards. They approved my application for a home and even had my security deposit but decided to give my property away to someone who still didn’t even pay the deposit. The manger Tracy is very rude. She stated that we don’t look like a good family and does not that think we are capable of paying rent. Tracy and Kevin are both cowards. We have tried to talk to them but neither answer the phone or they hide in their office. I hope they realize Karma will come back... read more
