I am a stroke survivor I had Physical Therapy 10 years ago. I needed it again. I was sent here By my insurance. This place is so small w so many different so called therapist. They started me off on the machine and she said it was for blood flow while my leg is numb and this did not feel good. I got off of that machine quickly. There were so many people there doing different things. It felt like an overpacked gym. People speaking 3 different languages loudly & there were three kids running around. 10.14.25 + 10.06.25 Daddy's physical therapy clinic. It's small but the therapists are very helpful and accommodating. The clinic was full of patients. Session included; -A full body vibration plate for 10 min, has safety handrails -Circuit of limited weight bearing exercises to stretch and strengthen his muscles for 45 min -Laying on the heated hydro massage bed to increase circulation for 12 min -TENS electric stimulation for just his right problematic knee for 8 min Daddy said he felt good after the session, even though h... read more
This place has no idea what they are doing. I was referred here for a knee injury and they are having me do abs? What? They have everyone there doing the same exact thing for different injuries. It’s literally a circuit workout! I don’t know how this place is open…
I've been going to Sterling Physical Therapy for two months and it's been a great experience. The staff is very responsive and friendly, and the doctors are excellent - they helped stretch my back and neck and guided me through effective exercises. The facility has good equipment, and the hydromassage couch is amazing! My back feels stronger now, and while I still have some neck pain and occasional migraines, they bother me less. I'm definitely feeling better overall. Highly recommend!
