I have been residing in Sterling Park Apartments at the Henderson, NC location since 2010. My experience here over the years has been fantastic. My apartment has required little maintenance. I feel very safe in this development. I can recall a time when I woke up in the morning, and was heading out to work and saw my key in the door. They will evict their residents even after they pay their rent,they did it to me and my family now we are homeless with little kids, and they wont give us our money back
