Had mold in my unit at Sterling Park Apartments in Norman. Did everything I could to get the situation resolved according to the law. Nothing was done about the situation so we moved out because of my health being affected. We did not hear anything from Sterling Park about any payment owed but it just showed up on my credit report as a collection from Winfield. Horrible tenant services and Horrible communication.
Apartments are newly remodeled and it seems really quit at the one i go to anyways. Only thing that i did notice was a BUNCH of roaches after the office was made aware they came and sprayed and I've not seen any since.
Management is working to improve the condition of this property, they have their work cut out for them.
There are roaches everywhere we asked for a deep cleaning and they said it would happen last week and they made a mistake and it now will happen today which is 7 Days Later the problem is we pulled out all of our belongings out of the kitchens and bathrooms and we've been living like this for a week
