DO NOT RENT!! Would be 0 stars if could. This is the worst place I've ever lived... it is absolutely disgusting like dog shit everywhere my apt. was next to the side of another and we've grown used the picking up the 10+ dog turds every two days but my neighbors know a hose is near by and a poop scoop chose to still leave turds everywhere and literally left one on the mffing wall at one point..... All these 4-5 star reviews must be people in better units, because these apartments are just a peanut gallery with a breeding ground for roaches. I took a tour as I am exploring my options in the area. The whole apartment I toured smelled like cat urine and roach feces. I counted at least 3 roaches. I'm sure the health department has paid many visits and Amaya has done many things to cover it up. For your health and safety, please do not tour with her or rent here. Thanks to the landlords for helping with maintenance and other recent issues. The buildings receive regular pest control to make sure there aren't any bugs, and the complex is overall tidy.
Since the new owners have taken over things have gotten alot better. The only thing now is really the roaches. Which they have people coming each month to spray but they don't do a good job and sometimes they don't show.
