The worst place to take your vehicle.Very unprofessional.It is an insurance scam.They take the money and don't do the job.I just hope one day someone will do something about this place.
My experience at Sterling was pretty exceptional. I live in York, SC when a representative contacted me about getting my 2016 Jeep Cherokee repaired. I live by myself in the country and they came out to my house and made it hassle free for me since they picked up the vehicle. When the vehicle was ready they also came to my house and picked me up to get the Jeep because I did not have a ride. If you are considering Sterling, PLEASE.. DON'T. JUST DON'T. Save yourself the headache and save your money! The 1000 character limit for this review wouldn't begin to describe my experience with them after 20+ days. Although my vehicle is now back in my possession, with everything I went through with them IT WAS NOT WORTH IT, AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, anywhere but this place . This Auto Body is the worst place I have ever been to. I will never use them again. They are a bunch of scam artists. The "office manager" is a coward. She doesn't know anything about what she is doing. She is horrible! The representatives suck, they took a month to repair a side of my car. They screwed up my rental information for extensions on a rental since they took a month to fix my car. Please Listen to me when I tell you, Keep out!!! This place is a complete joke. They will call you when they receive your incident report in the system,and try to lure you in by telling you they will put you on a rental at no charge to you and they will come and pick up your car from where ever you are. And the rest is history. Had someone from the this company call me I was skeptical at first because of the previous reviews written but I still took a chance with them, and the service was really good, they came picked up my car and even got me a rental at no cost to me. Once my car was completed I looked better now than it did before the accident. Now it did take longer than expected but other than than everything else was perfect. On Mon I received a call from Gary stating that he was calling to schedule to pick up my car to take to the body shop. I asked him if he was with the dealership and he stated that they sent him the info.!He came and picked up the car, 6/27. The ins adj called me on 6/30 and stated that the appraiser attempted to go out to Sterling & was told that they were closed 6/30 through the 7/6.
