At first I was put off by the bad reviews, but then I noticed that all of the reviews were old and that the location had changed hands, so I took a chance. I am so glad I did! The staff was helpful and friendly. When I showed them the frames I had chosen they steered my away, pointing out that those frames were too small for my face. The frames I eventually chose (with their help) were cheaper than my original choice! I am glad I took their advice and am satisfied with the outcome. All in all it was a good experience.

I've never experienced anything like this. They charged me for one thing.. gave me a totally different pair of lenses. I return the glasses and they have been blowing me off for over a week! The women that works there Donna will lie to you like a used car salesmen and then try to tell you that you don't know what you ordered. I had to have the charges reversed with my bank and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not go to this place you will get ripped off!

First, I made an appointment for 5 p.m. and the woman behind the counter decided to let someone off the street go into the exam room a few minutes before my appointment. I was the only one in the place and had to wait 30 minutes to get an exam. Then she tried to shove some $400 glasses down my throat and rung me up for 8 boxes of contact lenses before I could tell her how many I would like. My insurance allows me to get a $10 annual eye exam, but they charged me an extra $65 for a fitting, even though I didn't get any glasse... read more
