They are rude and change there pricing from month to month. They also charge \$20.00 for trail pairs of contacts, you can purchase a box of contacts for that much. Then the Dr. wrote down the wrong base curve on my prescription and I am still trying to fix that so I can order my contacts from another source. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I recently went to Sterling Optical in Brookfield Square to pick up my wifes contact lenses that she had already purchased but because it had been more than 60 days the owner pointed to a sign that addressed that policy and told me there was nothing he could do. When I tried to work something out with him even going so far as to offer to pay for another exam he became belligerent and even threatened to have me thrown out.
