I was having trouble finding an eye office that would take my insurance. I called and Sophia looked up my info over the phone confirming my insurance was okay there. Sophia was also great in person when I came to pick out frames and order glasses. She went above and beyond! Thank you for your assistance
This used to be a favorite! I have the wrong rx in my glasses and they charge to put the rx in your glasses if you do not purchase the expensive ones they sell!
Horrible Staff !! I’m 20 Minutes From This Location Paid For A Ride Got All The Way Here & Some Gerbil Looking Lady Had Me Turn Around Saying They Closed. Hours Are Not Up To Date & I Called To Confirm Hours The Day Prior. All I Was Doing Was A Drop Off. Definitely Going To America Best This Was They Final Straw !!!

Racist rude and they don’t even try to accommodate you. Been there serval occasions because it was the one closet to my job but will never go again each time I’ve been displayed the same attitude
