First time visiting and my experience was very positive. I had a thorough eye exam, my insurance was accepted, I was set up with contacts, ordered new lenses for my frames and left satisfied, in about an hour. Sophia was very helpful, Dr Honeyman was very professional and patient.
First I have to mention,please ignore the bad reviews about this place.everyone was very nice and friendly at this location including Doctor.Sofia took her time to explain everything to help my daughter to get her glasses.they have extremely good deals on glasses.they even offered us the same day delivery,it was very kind.I would never go any where else except this location.thank you guys.I truly appreciate the way you guys treated my daughter.
Tried calling to see if my glasses were ready. Can’t even leave a message on the voicemail. Nobody ever answers the phone and can’t leave a voicemail because it’s always full. What doctors office or any kind of I place doctors office has a full voicemail or never answers their phone.
I was having trouble finding an eye office that would take my insurance. I called and Sophia looked up my info over the phone confirming my insurance was okay there. Sophia was also great in person when I came to pick out frames and order glasses. She went above and beyond! Thank you for your assistance
This used to be a favorite! I have the wrong rx in my glasses and they charge to put the rx in your glasses if you do not purchase the expensive ones they sell!
