Very satisfied with the service, price and products.
They almost got a one star rating. Let's begin with saying I needed a new pair of glasses. I made an appointment and didn't take long to see the provider. During the time I was picking out glasses the person that helped me would not listen to me. I kept telling her I didn't want bigger glasses they wont work. Well she kept pushing me and wouldn't let up. Im not sure why this was happening and couldn't believe. The glasses came in 3 weeks later and I went to pick them up. The glasses were to heavy. First time visiting and my experience was very positive. I had a thorough eye exam, my insurance was accepted, I was set up with contacts, ordered new lenses for my frames and left satisfied, in about an hour. Sophia was very helpful, Dr Honeyman was very professional and patient.
First I have to mention,please ignore the bad reviews about this place.everyone was very nice and friendly at this location including Doctor.Sofia took her time to explain everything to help my daughter to get her glasses.they have extremely good deals on glasses.they even offered us the same day delivery,it was very kind.I would never go any where else except this location.thank you guys.I truly appreciate the way you guys treated my daughter.
Tried calling to see if my glasses were ready. Can’t even leave a message on the voicemail. Nobody ever answers the phone and can’t leave a voicemail because it’s always full. What doctors office or any kind of I place doctors office has a full voicemail or never answers their phone.
