Carl is the best Maintenance man ever Carl is super personable and handles situations with professionalism. As a previous maintenance worker for a different property management, you dont fine many like him. Give that man a raise! The property and community is fantastic. It has a beautiful landscape with many amenities and is safe. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and warming community / area in Chico. Verified Renter Very Poor Results I requested to have my Dishwasher repaired three plus months ago! Ginno's came out twice and finally agreed with me that the PC was bad. They referred the matter back to Sterling Oaks Staff. who have chosen to drag their feet. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We have not had a manager onsite for some time. Verified Renter Customer service here is very poor. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate of others. You can let them know about issues several times and they’ll do nothing about it. We cannot wait to move out of here.
