In our experience with Sterling National, while renting from them everything was ok. However, BEWARE, once youve completed your lease and vacate the premises, they dont want to refund your security deposit. By Missouri law a landlord has 30 days to complete the walk through & give the former tentant a list of any and all damages along with the remaining amount of their security deposit.
