Just wanted to drop a quick note of appreciation for my Lexus service consultant, Kevin Bayer, during my most recent scheduled maintenance. While my experience has always been good with Sterling McCall, Kevin's level of service was above and beyond. It made it seem-less, thoroughly explained everything going with the service. One of my tires had 3 nails in it and he worked quickly with the service department to have it replaced and me on the road within no time. He was very professional. Thank you Sterling!
