Had great routine service this morning from Carrie Huynh. She also helped me figure out how to turn on the automatic lift, which I mistakenly turned off. The loaner car was very attractive and convincing (to buy a new one). This is my fourth Lexus and never a concern about Sterling McCall servicing them.
