I purchased a used vehicle. Everything took longer than nessecary to buy the vehicle 5+ hrs. The detailing and fueling took over an hour. I had already given them my payment info two days prior but they had no paperwork ready when I arrived for my appointment. I thought a Lexus dealership would be more on the ball than this one was.
