My mother and I were here yesterday because she's looking to purchase a LS460. We were on the property for about 20 minutes and never saw a salesman, which is generally unheard of at a car dealership. Needless to say, Sterling McCall, which was the top dealer on her list to purchase from, will not be getting this sale.
I took my 450h for service yesterday and was again impressed with the amazing service! I was given a loaner car and was called an hour later that my cat was ready. When I picked it up they had put my registration sticker on that has been sitting on my dashboard for 3 weeks, vacuumed and cleaned my entire car!! I love this place! This new location is 100% better than the old. Very spacious and well laid-out. We especially like our sales person Tom Berry.
