I cant say enough great things about Saleswoman Lisa Caputo and the team at LIa Hyundai of Enfield. I set out to find a Palisade Limited and was told there were no vehicles available for months. I took my car in for low nitro/air pressure. The service personnel found a screw in the rim of one tire. That required a new tire, balancing, etc. All was covered by insurance. They put on my spare for a day while they ordered the tire and then replaced the tire. Personnel were very helpful and pleasant the work was done very efficiently. I've always received good service here for 5 years.
I went for my New York State inspection. I got in right away. Dave Bedian waited on me. He was very polite and seemed quite knowledgeable. It didn't take long and it was good to get it done that early in the month.
Just leased my 3rd elantra from Lia. Arrived at the dealer at 10:30 and returned to sign the lease and pick up the car at 4PM. Lisa Caputo did a great job of getting a great price and Mike Lockhard made the completion of the paperwork a 10 minute process. The new 2020 Elantra is the best one I have leased and Lia is the best dealer a around this area. No pressure, good deals , and great service.
Ethan Brown was very courteous and helpful. My experience with Lia Hyundai service in Enfield was seamless and I highly recommend them. They were thorough and timely.
Salesman Mike Dicocco was really helpful, nice and accommodating. He answered my questions and was easy to work with. Would recommend. But after I purchased my car, the manager made a comment that I did not appreciate and that I hope he will not make toward other young women in the future.
