I met with Ralph Simeone this past Monday on purchasing my new Elantra. The experience was great! Ralph was very professional and courteous. Iâ??ve dealt with salesmen in the past that come off as acting like your buddy but all they see is a sales commission. Not the case this time. Ralph worked to accommodate my needs and my overall experience was awesome and stress free. Highly recommend Lia Hyundai and Ralph! Thanks again! Next time I purchase a new car Iâ??ll be back, but hopefully not for a while lol.
I brought my car in for an oil & filter change, vehicle state safety inspection and recall repair. Brian Secord checked me in and advised I should be out of there in about an hour and a half (right!!). I walked down the street to get breakfast and in 45 minutes I was advised my car repairs were completed. My vehicle was washed and ready to go. The cost was very reasonable, too. I have nothing but good to say about Brian and about Lia Hyundai.
Mike Carpenter was courteous and very helpful, when my car was in the shop. Mike kept me up-to-date with everything that was needed

Brian Secord assisted me in working through an unexpected service issue during a routine oil change, with a flat tire I had on my car. He was cool, and courteous throughout the process. I would also like to extend my thanks to management for their involvement as well.
Brian Secord at Lia's service department handled my car issue in such a way that made me confident about the situation. When the repairs were completed I was very happy with every thing.
My wife and I were looking to replace her car and with everything going on we decided to go the internet route. We end up buying from Lia Hyundai because of the very helpful internet sales person Lynne Woods. She was always available to answer any questions and work with us to get the car we wanted at a price we could afford. She made the entire process so easy that from now on we will buy online. Everything was done and already for us when we got to the dealer and we were in and out in no time.
I had check engine light problem. Called Lia Hyundai and spoke to Mike Carpenter & he told me to bring it in right away. I did and he told me it would be about an hour to hour and a half. They found a further problem that couldn't be done by the end of the day so they gave me a ride home. The day they were returning car to me the engine seized on the Northway at 60 mph.
