The service was bad he did not communicate with me about my van how it was going when it should be ready chip in window was not fixed was told they would set up another appointment never heard back from them customer service skills are very bad asked manager she was no help made promise and did not keep very poor service

Eduardo was always updating me on the process. I felt like I was in the loop at all times. There was a hiccup when I picked up my vehicle. He assured me that it would be timely to fix and he called me a few hours later and said it was ready to pickup. The customer service is awesome. I would recommend anyone to try out this collision center. The front lady in the center was always nice and greeted me with a smile.

Deeply unsatisfied with the service. It has been two months my car is not yet repaired neither my calls are being answered. I would appreciate my deposit to be returned so that I can get it repaired elsewhere.
