Not only were they all courteous, they made me feel special and all my needs were taken care of in an extremely timely manner. Casey was professional, courteous and very informative. Initially, I did not have a ride to go to the Hertz I had chosen near my home. He made sure I got transport even though it was more than 5 miles. The work on my vehicle was outstanding and I appreciated the Collision Center going the extra mile to help me!
