I am incredibly frustrated with the attitude toward renters in this area. This morning, a group of people was loitering outside my windows, smoking and making a lot of noise. Some of them appeared to be homeless and were using drugs. I called Sterling to discuss the situation, as they were peering into my windows and disturbing my peace, but they refused to take action, stating that they needed a name. They are amazing! If you've never been a tenant of theirs, you're missing out on a lot. There are way more pros than cons about renting with them. Very people friendly and very loving towards tenants' animals when getting maintenance done. That's to say the least 🥰.
Whoever the lady was driving the small white sterling company vehicle needs to learn how to merge. She was behind me in a merging lane in corvallis and decided instead of merging she was going to drive straight forward almost t-boning my car, so I honked and she backed up. Further down the road she was beside me and laughing at me. Real prime example of how the folks at Sterling Company present themselves even outside of the management setting. Stay trashy sterling💅✨️
I was driving on 5th street and at a stop light, and Van Buren tends to get backed up due to the bridge work so there was a truck blocking my lane. When the light turned green the truck was still there, and not even 10 seconds after the light changed a white Nissan Sentra company car sped around my right almost side swiping me and going into oncoming traffic and stayed in that lane for a while before getting back over into the right lane! I wouldnt even give them a one star I might sue them for diflation of character gave me bad reference I haven't lived there in 4 years keep record on someone discrimination against disabled and laugh in there face domestic violence then think it's ok keep record on them no reason but hate
