In early 2025, our apartment complex was transitioned to Sterling after our prior landlord lost her license. Almost immediately, issues that were not taken seriously prior were given full attention (tenant smoking, etc.). Maintenance on the property was immediately scheduled. I am incredibly frustrated with the attitude toward renters in this area. This morning, a group of people was loitering outside my windows, smoking and making a lot of noise. Some of them appeared to be homeless and were using drugs. I called Sterling to discuss the situation, as they were peering into my windows and disturbing my peace, but they refused to take action, stating that they needed a name. They are amazing! If you've never been a tenant of theirs, you're missing out on a lot. There are way more pros than cons about renting with them. Very people friendly and very loving towards tenants' animals when getting maintenance done. That's to say the least 🥰.
