Avoid this company! Crap management! Crap maintenance!!
Oh wow this place is great and this is actually a story from what's happened to one of my neighbors. This company did an air conditioner repair in a unit, the plug for the air conditioner comes to the outside of the apartment, gets plugged into an extension cord, The cords frayed , don't even think it's the proper amperage for the air conditioner, let alone an air conditioners not to be installed with an extension cord. In early 2025, our apartment complex was transitioned to Sterling after our prior landlord lost her license. Almost immediately, issues that were not taken seriously prior were given full attention (tenant smoking, etc.). Maintenance on the property was immediately scheduled. Marlena and her team were extremely thorough and well documented when it came to our security deposit. We felt like we were treated fairly.
