This property manager always failed to update the paperwork with Benton County Mental Health Housing every year. The first lease renewal they charged me 100% of the rent on top of collecting the housing subsidy and I had to scramble with my bank to get the automatic payment reversed. They also made a medical accomodation so difficult it never happened. Genuinely the worst, least professional group I’ve ever rented from. They were hours late to giving me my key because the property manager “forgot” to clean the property. They schedule inspections and then don’t show up like every 6 weeks.

I must echo what another person said l, if a zero star was possible then I would choose it. This company and their staff are not professional, empathetic, or prompt with their responses. They have gone through so many employees it’s hard to imagine how they are still in business. Currently they have two older women who are grumpy, and become defensive easily.
