Sterling Management is no better than Willamette. They knew we had an out of control blackberry bush that we did not plant! Now they are saying that we need to get rid of it. We are elderly and do not have the tools or the ability. Shame on them! They were already aware of the issue prior to us signing the lease! Beware older Oregonians before signing a lease with Sterling!
Disclosure: I am part of an HOA and own multiple properties/units, I am not a tenant. Not only has this company gone downhill in the last few years, its turnover rate is not surprising given the incompetence of the current employees who have been there for a while. Marlena is a major contributor to downfall of this company. She lacks basic knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and struggles to answer basic questions.
