great stylist but horrible customer service…my first ever appointment here the stylist was very rude when it came to me asking questions abt the style I desired.. First time going and i will definitely be back!! Chabim was amazing and did a really good job on my hair. Took them only three hours to finished and i was able to go on with the rest of my day!! Highly recommend this hair salon

Boho bob came out as desired, however I’ll likely not book with the owner Sylvie again. She spent 1 hr of my appt stocking hair, tending to her kids, helping other stylists, & eating. So of course my appt ran a 1 hr late causing me to be late to an event. I was fine until she basically started blaming me. Telling me I should have told her I had somewhere to be after. Umm, no! That’s really none of your business. Your website stated 4 hrs, & that’s what I calculated into my day. Then she blamed it on me for requesting volume.... read more

Always a great experience at Sterling Locs! They always do an amazing job with my hairstyles and their service is top notch! Sylvie, Ralna, Heaven and all the ladies have been so welcoming and are super talented. Great vibes with a friendly atmosphere. They are my go-to for all of my braiding styles. 10/10 highly recommend!
