BEWARE! doing business with this POS Sterling. We provided fence installation for him. You can see the fence we built for him on his pictures. It’s the black chain link fence around basketball court. There was no issues with the fence whatsoever but Sterling refused to pay us. I also tried speaking to the homeowner but it seem like the homeowner just wanted Sterling and his company out. We used the company Yardzen to design our back yard (which was essentially just a concrete patio) and switch our front yard to drought tolerant plants. Very happy with the design, Yardzen then matched us with Sterling and that's where things started to go downhill. Initially very responsive during the quote process, we were told it might take 4-6 weeks to get the job started. I did try using this business. I called them last week, and they set up an appointment, at 10:30 AM on Monday, for "Will" to come meet with us, measure the yard, consult on what type of landscape and hardscape should be used, and to provide us with a cost estimate. Will never showed up, nor did he, or anyone else from Sterling, called. I called Sterling at 11:00; someone at their office said she'd try to get a hold of Will, and let me know when he'd be here.
