I have lived in the same apartment complex for 4 and a 1/2 year. Sterling properties took over for only four months a year ago. (The owner of the property decided he didn't want property management anymore).Damian was a property manager and he did MORE FOR US IN 4 MONTHS THAN THE PROPERY OWNER DID IN 4 1/2 YEARS!!. They are so thorough and so efficient. And I wish I was renting from them again. They do a great job.
We've been working with Sterling Investments for about 15 years now and I always feel like their only client. Very responsive! Our properties are always rented with great tenants that have been vetted by Sterling. Management fees are quite reasonable. This continues to be a great partnership. Highly recommend!
