I have lived in the same apartment complex for 4 and a 1/2 year. Sterling properties took over for only four months a year ago. (The owner of the property decided he didn't want property management anymore).Damian was a property manager and he did MORE FOR US IN 4 MONTHS THAN THE PROPERY OWNER DID IN 4 1/2 YEARS!!. They are so thorough and so efficient. And I wish I was renting from them again. They do a great job.
