I am a new tenant with sterling and I must say my experience has been great. I had some things that needed to be addressed in my new place and they were fast to address. I’ve been to the office a couple times and the staff is super friendly. I believe I will be very happy under this management.
Sterling Investments was our property management company for 6 years in San Diego before we moved out of town, and we were very happy with them, especially with Justin Kaye. He was always very responsive every time there was a problem with our apartment, which didn't happen frequently, since they try to keep the properties in great shape. Highly recommend renting with them!
Sterling IMC has been unresponsive regarding repeated parking and safety issues tied to the property they manage at 445 E St. Vehicles associated with this address regularly block the public sidewalk, creating ADA access issues, and park in ways that obstruct sight lines for neighboring driveways, posing a traffic safety hazard.
