We stayed here during our wedding and there are a lot of positives. Location is great, our room with the jacuzzi was spacious and clean, breakfast was included with our stay and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Parking onsite is an additional charge. We did have some issues with noises in our suite, it was easy to hear water above us being run, people stomping on the stairs. My partner and I had a mostly wonderful stay at the Sterling. The location and staff were both lovely. Where this hotel lost me was on cutting corners: tiny plastic cups in rooms, very cheap toilet paper, no top sheet on the bed, and a TV with only local cable (no streaming, no casting). They also tried to charge us the NFDF/DMF tourism fee, which is a scam and not a legal tax; they thankfully removed it when I complained.

Quiet enjoyable stay… staff exceedingly great from check in to check out …making sure we were well taken care of.. enjoyed a Mother/Daughter massage after our yummy delivered to our room breakfast. Thank you much

I cannot say enough about this place! The customer service was top notch, from the front desk to the spa, and from every employee we interacted with. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and spacious. The steam shower was luxurious and indulgent. The massage! The proximity to Clifton Hill and the falls! We absolutely cannot wait to come back. Thank you for such a beautiful vacation.
