Had a one-night getaway here in December and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend. From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly putting us in a great mood. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up. Second time we (couple) stayed at Sterling Inn for one-night January winter getaway. King Room with Jacuzzi was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was well-prepared and fresh. All staff were friendly and helpful. No microwave in room (go downstairs). Cannot hear the TV more than eight feet away even at maximum volume (?). We are budget people. Sterling Inn is our premium Niagara Falls place.

If you’re tired of chain hotels where nobody knows your name, welcome Home to Sterling Inn! Our pampering started from the moment we stepped through the doors. Debra & her entire team embrace guests with a true spirit of hospitality. I was reminded of hotels we’ve enjoyed in London, Paris, and Florence. Our room was lovely.
